We had a wonderful time at Craft My Wedding this weekend! My amazing husband helped with the booth and ran herd on our toddler, who was part of the team (yes, that’s a Life Remembered Intern romper she’s sporting). Despite a few fire drills — one actual (a result of a vendor sign placed too near a fire alarm) and one metaphorical (technical difficults moments before the doors were opened) — we emerged unscathed. By the end of the day, my cheeks hurt from smiling and my feet were aching, but the energy in the room was inspiring. I made some valuable contacts and got to chat with dozens of future brides and grooms. I love talking to people who are excited about exciting plans!
